On top of that, the system also matches the student to the family when allocating, based on the criteria marked in the student’s profile and in the host’s profile. When allocating, the Intrinsiq system will list down those families that have availability for the period the student requires, and they are also sorted by matching percentage. Therefore, instead of taking the time to make calls and check for availability the system ''does everything for you''!

How is it possible for the Intrinsiq system to match students and host families so accurately?

This kind of automated matching is possible thanks to the data that members of staff enter into the Intrinsiq system about their accommodation options and students when they book. The system filters through the available accommodation options as per the booking date, and it also filters as per the student necessities, requirements and wishes. For example, if a student wants to stay in a single room in a host family without pets, the system will automatically filter out all those host families who do not have a single room option and those who have pets.

Final confirmation at the click of a button

Once the student is allocated to a particular family, the Intrinsiq system automatically sends off a notification to the family at the click of a button. That way the family receives the student info and also confirms the booking.
